Shipping and Returns

We ship all orders depending on the availability of the item. Order status can be tracked using your order number. Once shipped, a tracking number is provided via automatic generation and tracking through the shop app or via email.

• In stock items will ship within 1 business day.
• Items that are in production will ship within 7-10 business days.
• Backordered items will ship within 4-6 weeks.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.

You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns as our products are never resold.

To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received.
